Before diving into Emblem Olive Oil, I was unaware of the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil. Through extensive research, I discovered its unique ability to prevent chronic diseases. Motivated by this knowledge, I founded Let’s Fight Back in 2019, initially with four participants. Today, we've assisted over 30 individuals on medication for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, guiding them to complete freedom from medication through a 12-week Mediterranean diet. This medically proven diet reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, early death, and aids in weight loss.

I provide comprehensive support, including grocery lists, weekly meal plans, encouragement through scripture, direct access, and weekly Zoom meetings – all free of charge. Within weeks, I guarantee a noticeable improvement in health, with the potential to end medication dependence. I'm thrilled at the prospect of witnessing you reclaim your life through "Let’s Fight Back."

Diet Plan

Mediterranean Diet & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Mediterranean Diet is a nutritional recommendation based on the traditional dietary patterns of Southern Europe. This diet is characterized by the high consumption of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits and vegetables; moderate to high consumption of fish and dairy products; and low consumption of non-fish meat.

Olive oil is the primary source of added fat in the Mediterranean diet. Olive oil provides monounsaturated fat, which has been found to lower total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL or "bad") cholesterol levels. Nuts and seeds also contain monounsaturated fat.
Olives and Extra Virgin Olive Oil as the main source of healthy fat, with additional powerful bioactive compounds, is central to the Mediterranean Diet. There is increasing evidence describing the unique and powerful role of Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the heart of the numerous regional variations of the Mediterranean Diet. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a crucial enabler of a diet rich in vegetables, making a plant a predominant diet enjoyable and sustainable.
