Spicy Cajun Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons Emblem Spicy Cajun Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, add the torn kale leaves and drizzle Emblem Spicy Cajun Olive Oil over them. Massage the oil into the leaves to ensure they are evenly coated.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
